This community uniquely addresses the issues baby boomer women face when we transition away from our careers. We are a nonprofit entity that relies only on contributions to offer education, world-class webinars, a community and thought-provoking newsletters for free; the founders have bootstrapped this organization and take no payment whatsoever to keep it thriving. Please contribute for yourself and the generations that come after us; we need to help each other, and model life after our careers that has the same grace and purpose we demonstrated, as we changed the world of work forever through our decades of passionate advocacy.
